Proposed Changes to the International Branch Bylaws

The International Branch Governing Board is proposing changes to the Bylaws of the Branch to be voted on by the membership during the 2018 summer elections. The rationale for the changes follows below. The proposed changes have been approved by the ESA IB Governing Board.

International Branch Early Career Research & Leadership Award

An award will be provided in recognition of leadership in entomology at an early career level. The award includes a $2,000 USD grant, to be used either as seed funding for research purposes or to attend a conference, and an award plaque. The awardee will be recognized at the International Branch Meeting taking place during the Annual Meeting of the Entomological Society of America.
