Claims

All claims for missing print issues should be made within four months of publication or date of order (whichever is later). Claims can be made online or via an email to the Oxford University Press customer service department: jnlorders@oup.com (U.S. subscribers) or jnls.cust.serv@oup.com (U.K. and rest of world).

Books

All titles purchased from ESA should be ordered via the ESA bookstore. To purchase ESA's Insect Pest Handbooks, contact the American Phytopathological Society. Orders can take up to 3 weeks to be received for domestic orders and considerably longer for overseas orders. Refunds are automatically issued for items that are no longer available. If an item is temporarily out of stock, your order will be “back ordered” and will ship when the item becomes available. For more information, contact the ESA Sales Department.

Returns: Returned books must be in perfect condition and in original packaging to be accepted. Each return will be handled on an individual basis (i.e. you cannot deduct returned titles from future orders. Each will be handled separately). Up to 30 days from invoice you will receive a full refund. From 30-120 days from invoice you will receive a full refund less a 15% restocking fee. From 120-365 days from the date of the invoice, you will receive a full credit less the 15% restocking fee. No returns can be accepted for orders over 365 days old.
