Submission Categories:
Artists will submit their piece based on the below categories:
Traditional - Open to the following 2D mediums: painting, drawing, pastels, inks, pencil, printmaking, encaustic, fabric, collage, and mixed media.
Photography & Digital - Open to the following mediums: analog photography, digital photography, digital photo artwork, digital painting, digital manipulations, digital collage, photopainting, vector drawing, digital mixed media (integrated art).
3-Dimensional - Open to the following media: relief, pottery, sculpture, installation, kinetic, and conceptual 3-D artworks created in metal, paper, wood, stone, fiber, plastics, glass, ceramics, jewelry, pins, or any other material which can be used to create 3-dimensional art.
Artist Guidelines:
- All submitters must register for the Annual Meeting by the early bird deadline. Work must be original. Only one submission is allowed per person.
- Artists are responsible for inbound and outbound shipping to the Phoenix Convention Center.
- Submissions of work must be submitted online via the submission site.
- Two-dimensional work should have a standard hanging method. Size and weight will be required at submission.
- Three-dimensional work should provide dimension and weight of the piece.
- By entering the jurying process, the artist agrees to have their work available for the duration of the exhibition and to deliver the original artwork during the agreed-upon dates as listed below. The artist grants the organizers permission to photograph works for publicity, educational, and reference purposes.
- If artists would like the opportunity to sell their pieces, they are able to do so by renting a table at artisan row tables. Contact Cindy Myers for pricing. No selling of pieces will be allowed during the exhibition.

Jury:
All registered attendees who visit the exhibition will be able to vote for their top choices using Entomology 2024 mobile app. To view the submissions visit the Art Exhibition icon on the mobile app.
Prizes:
One first place winner per category - (Traditional, Photography & Digital, 3-Dimensional) - $250 USD each
Overall winner - $500 USD
The overall winner will be featured in an Entomology Today Blog about their work, and their artistic practice.

Name of the piece being presented
Dimensions of the piece
Weight of the piece
Artist Info (Bio or Statement) 200 words maximum
Three high quality images of the piece
The exhibition will be limited to a number of pieces based on the total submissions. If required, the planning committee will pre-select pieces to be submitted in person. Artists will be notified by the end of August if their piece has been accepted. If the piece is accepted, additional information will be collected from the artist.

All submissions but be submitted online to the Art Exhibition Site by July 31, 2024.
