Caregiver Grants

ESA Caregiver Grants help offset additional dependent-care costs incurred when caregivers attend the ESA Annual Meeting. Grants provide up to $500 for eligible expenses related to attending the meeting.

Applications are now open and will reviewed monthly until all funds are awarded.

Allowable expenses

  • On-site dependent care at the meeting location.

  • Additional dependent-care costs at home while the attendee is at the meeting.

  • Costs to bring a caregiver to the meeting location or to the attendee’s home to provide care.

  • Transportation costs to bring a dependent or person to provide care for a dependent.

Not allowable

  • Tickets or admission to local attractions (museums, amusement parks, etc.).

  • Travel for a family member who is currently an ESA member or qualifies for an ESA membership category.

  • More than one grant per household.
