Below is information on poster size requirements, along with setup, presentation, and removal times, and more.
Invited Poster Display Size
Each poster must be contained within the 46 x 46 inch (117 cm x 117 cm) space provided. Up to two posters will be displayed on each side of a single board (four posters per board). The poster must not exceed the size limit. Please be considerate of the person with whom you are sharing a display space. If your poster exceeds the size limits, ESA reserves the right to remove or fold your poster to accommodate space for others.
Invited Poster Display Setup Information
Your poster display must be placed in the assigned numbered space on the boards inside of the symposium meeting room beginning 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start of the session.
Bring your own Velcro strips or push pins to secure your display to the poster board. The poster board is covered with felt cloth and the frame is aluminum. Please do not attach anything to the metal frame.
Posters should be removed promptly up to 30 minutes after the scheduled end of the session. Please do not remove your poster before the close of the scheduled viewing time. Any posters left on the boards will be disposed of.
Invited Poster Display Presentation Times
Each symposium has designated a specific time for poster presenters to be present at their poster. Presenters are expected to be available at their displays during the “Poster Session” time slot or during the Break for questions and discussion. Please check the online program for specific times.
Setup: Beginning 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start of the session
Viewing: During the scheduled “Poster Session” and/or break, as determined by the symposium organizer(s)
Takedown: Up to 30 minutes after the scheduled end of the session

Be clear with attendees about whether you grant permission for your presentation slides to be photographed or shared on social media.
New for 2026: Attendees must obtain written or verbal consent from all participants before recording or using artificial intelligence tools to transcribe any meeting, conversation, or presentation.
